When we lived in a neighborhood with sidewalks and small front yards, people would let their dogs poop in our front yard all the time. So many times on walks with my dogs, unleashed dogs come after us, and it's frightening for both my and my dogs. My little dog (well, she's 60 pounds, but she's little compared to my other dog) views it as a threat, regardless of the other dog's intentions. Whenever we walk around our neighborhood now, I have to make sure to do it when I know those neighbors who are allergic to leashes are at work.

Kate sounds like a very sweet pup—So glad you two found each other!M.J. She gets plenty of yard time, but that's it. Though G recently discovered her leash and wanted to know what it was for. Maybe we could go for a walk around the block sometime-- except it's now like in the 90's and super humid all the time, ugh. We've got four, and most of the time I walk them alone, so I stay on my toes as when we meet other dogs our two littlest ones can scrap with each other! Nothing serious, but not a good vibe for the other dog. Luckily we have plenty of countryside around here so there's a lot of space!Nick Wilfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03841776353790635132noreply@blogger.com
