So, I don't know how much the news has been covering this in the States, but there's this big cold wave hitting Europe. And it's COLD! (Imagine that :) Anyhow, we've just spent the day finding warm places to hide out around the city, as our apartment lacks central heating. (This has suddenly become out #1 priority for the next apartment we find for next month...) Anyhow, today's adventures have led us to a really awesome library that's a few blocks away, a neat little bar (for cokes, but hey) where we did language exchange, the self-learning center of the Universidad de Barcelona (we've spent lots of time here), and a few other haunts. Everyone's wandering around in giant coats, bundled up like crazy. I can't say I blame them!
