By Jolene Perry
After losing Sarah, the friend he’s loved, to some other guy, Jameson meets Sky. Her Native American roots, fluid movements, and need for brutal honesty become addictive fast. This is good. Jameson needs distraction – his dad leaves for another woman, his mom’s walking around like a zombie, and Sarah’s new boyfriend can’t keep his hands off of her.
As he spends time with Sky and learns about her village, her totems, and her friends with drums - she's way more than distraction. Jameson's falling for her fast.
But Sky’s need for honestly somehow doesn’t extend to her life story – and Jameson just may need more than his new girl to keep him distracted from the disaster of his senior year.
I was happy to be able to host another one of Tribute Book's fabulous titles, and I'm incredibly happy to be able to talk about Night Sky here today. I really, really loved this one. It's so refreshing to read from a guy's point of view, especially one that is so distinct and fun as Jameson. Honestly, by the end, I was totally crushing on the guy. Sure, he has his flaws, but he's a good person, a good guy, and has his head screwed on tighter than a lot of guys that age (or any age, really, haha!). Sky was an intriguing and interesting character in and of herself, and the dynamic between the two felt authentic and exciting. Emphasis on the exciting. Wow, steamy scenes :) Haha, loved it! Honestly, go check this one out!!
