Hiking in the Rattlesnake Canyon (which, btw, is really not the most appealing of names. I figure there aren't any snakes around in the snow at least...) |
This came out way better than I thought it would. Random, I know, but it's the little things sometimes :) |
One of my other Silhouette projects. I have an irrational love of this, I have to admit. Also, I have found that I can't spell 'Silhouette' to save my life... |
Love the pictures, and the work with the feather 'Silhouette'.
ReplyDeleteI just copied and pasted your spelling. :)
lol! Theoretically that's correct, thanks to spell checker! :)
DeleteThat word alludes me, too, lol. But they look great!
ReplyDeleteThanks! And why is it such a frustrating word? :)
DeleteYou wouldn't catch me anyplace with rattlesnake in the name. Ick! ;) Great pics!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I know what you mean :) I think (hope) that snakes hibernate...or something!
DeleteI love your photographs, especially the feather silhouette pics. I'm not on instagram, but if I were, I have a feeling I'd be on there all the time, lol!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I've been having lots of fun with the feathers :)
DeleteLove the picture of the bridge! And I think feather bookmarks would be a great idea.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I am going to be toying with the bookmarks this weekend I think :)
DeleteOh, I love the feather breaking into birds, it's gorgeous! So you made these yourself w/a Silhouette Cameo? What is that? Musts needs know!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's this random thing (which I found for sale elsewhere): http://www.silhouetteamerica.com/shop/machines/item-number/silhouette+cameo Must admit, it's some serious crafting fun! :)
DeleteYour use of perspective on the bridge is brilliant Meradeth!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It came out pretty well--better than I'd hoped :)
DeleteI want to go for a walk over that bridge! Nice to see some winter sunshine ... and feather bookmarks for the Sary? Way cool! :-)
ReplyDeleteWinter sunshine--it's amazing!! And much needed!
DeleteOh, I like those!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favourite places growing up was a place called Rattlesnake Point.
I'm learning that Rattlesnake Point is a rather common name--who would have thought? :)
DeleteI want to crunch in that snow and run across the bridge. Cool feathers.
ReplyDeleteIt was a lot of slipping on the bridge, but definitely pretty! :)
DeleteGreat pictures. I enjoy your photos on Instagram.
ReplyDeleteI love yours, too! They make me want to move to Florida :)
DeleteI think the feather bookmark idea is lovely.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Fingers crossed I can get it to work :)
DeleteI always love the pictures you share! You are so talented! The angles and lighting are awesome. :) The silhouette it fabulous- so unique.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about talented, but I have fun, and that's the important part ;)
Deleteooh love your photos!! I feel--a little--envious because of all that snow. We haven't gotten any since beginning of winter. Feather bookmarks..AMAZING!! :)
