(As always, many of these are repeats from my Instagram account!)
The ghost tour was awesome! And creepy :) |
Camelia? I have no idea if that's really the name of this flower, but it was pretty! |
Rainbow Row. Needs some editing, but oh well. Still a very pretty part of town to explore. |
Overlooking Fort Sumpter....waaaaaay off in the distance there! |
Shore birds that were super cute! Random question: some were hopping around on one leg, which I have no idea if that's normal or not? But it was kind of amusing :) |
Cemeteries!! I think my family is a little sick of the photos I keep making them pause for, but it's me and I love old dead things so these are just fantastic! |
Friends and family walking on the beach. I kind of love this shot, even if it makes my calves look HUGE. |
The pier at Foley's Beach. |
Doesn't this just look heavenly? |
Lovely! Glad you had fun. The flower looks like it's a member or the rose family.
ReplyDeleteI want to visit Charleston SO bad!!! I'm a foodie and a history lover, so what better place could there be to go? =) Glad you're having a lovely time!
ReplyDeleteI took that Ghost Tour a few years ago! What tales those tombstones told. I loved Charleston and I immediately wanted to something Southern Gothic
ReplyDeleteSounds like you all had a fun time. Loved the photos.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! So glad your trip was so much fun. Always great to spend time with family and the beach rejuvenates me too. :)
ReplyDeleteIt sounds and looks like you've enjoyed yourself.
ReplyDeleteYAY!!! So glad you did the ghost tour. I hope you got out of there before the storms and floods hit. I heard it hit the battery area? Although when I searched, I couldn't find anything about that. I LOVE Battery Park and Rainbow Row, so I hope not. Did you take the ghost tour where they took you down to the dungeon?
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! Looks like an awesome time. :-)
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and what fun the ghost tour must've been.
ReplyDeleteHey, any time you can get away on vacation... I've always wanted to do one of those ghost tours--especially in St Augustine. One day.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your photos. Pretty flower and I love ghost tours...so creepy.
