- I finally got back into the lab this week, after far too long an absence. I have missed it deeply. Funny how lab work is completely mind numbing and tedious, but still so relaxing. (Tom from Chemistry and I have a lot in common, haha!)
- I completely ripped open the start of Surrender the Sky (Sary book 3) and am stitching it back together. I'm not sure I made it better :/
- My best friend since the 4th grade is visiting me from back home. We're talked about doing a road trip since middle school and are finally going! Go us! Better late than never :)
- I'm really trying to figure out exactly how to celebrate my paperback release next month. As in, I have no idea what to do. Any thoughts? I've done blog tours and other stuff before, and can do that again, just want to try something new and interesting. I'd love to hear ideas (read: please help!).
- I'm completely in love with this picture:

That is a nice picture. You could always setup a book blast for your paperback? :)
ReplyDeleteA bookblast may work, though I did one for the ebook. Definitely something to consider--thanks!
DeleteCan't wait to read the start of book three after it receives more of your tender loving care. The more attention you're giving it will only make it even better!
ReplyDeleteI hope so! Sometimes I worry I'm just screwing it up :)
DeleteAwesome picture! How exciting that you and your BF are going on a road trip. Yeah! I LOVE road trips and wish I could go on one a year. :)
ReplyDeleteWish I had some thoughts about the paperback release. If anything comes to me I will let you know. I know I can't wait for the next Sary book. Good luck!
Thanks! The road trip was fabulous :)
DeleteThat is a beautiful picture. Love the wings and the light shining through. Sometimes our work needs a little ripping into, even if in the end you put it back the way it was. I've done that. :) Wish you luck.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to know how to celebrate a new release. I'm doing a blog tour now, that's going better than I thought it would, because I've never done it before. I thank you for visiting and commenting on Medeia's site. Writer’s Mark
Thanks for stopping by here, and best of luck on your blog tour!
DeleteGreat picture.
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to go on a road trip.
I don't find science relaxing, but I feel that way about math.
I'll admit, I don't find math all that relaxing :) Interesting and sometimes fun, but lab work definitely chills me out :)
DeleteOoooo...curious to see what you've done with 3!
ReplyDeleteTOM! <3
Road trip! Sounds AWESOME!!! :)
I may be emailing you about reading soon!! If I ever get a chance to finish these revisions :)
